Hire The Clubhouse

We are happy to offer the use of our Clubhouse to both members and the general public. Our competitive rates (much less expensive than local hotels and more friendly too) depend on the facilities that are required.

Our Main Hall can accommodate up to 150 people for a buffet style reception or 120 guests seated and has an adjacent private bar.

The Marlar Room is ideal for a smaller gathering of up to 35 people.

For a celebration for all stages of your life – from christenings and children’s birthday parties, to engagement parties, weddings and anniversaries, keystone birthdays to celebrations of life, Whitgift Sports Club provides the ideal backdrop to your event. We offer you the flexibility to decorate to your own tastes along with on-site parking, your own private bar with dedicate staff for your function, inhouse catering Whitgift Sports club provides the perfect solution for your ideal event.

We can recommend party entertainers, djs, photo booths, balloon makers should you require them.

For weddings, we offer a choice of three packages to suit most budgets and will work with you to plan a day that will be memorable.

The in-house team, will help you plan every detail including table decoration, menu, flowers, etc down to the last detail, leaving you and your party to relax and enjoy the occasion.
