This is the website of Whitgift Sports Club Ltd (WSC), registered offices at Croham Manor Road, South Croydon, CR2 7BG; Company Number: 08181785; VAT Number: GB 218 7776 27.

The term “Whitgift Sports Club” or “WSC “ or “us” or “we” or “our” refers to the owner of the website, Whitgift Sports Club Ltd. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only. The information is provided by Whitgift Sports Club and whilst we endeavour to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.

WSC cannot guarantee that your use of this site will be free from error and/or uninterrupted. We take no responsibility or liability for any damages or consequences arising.

Through this website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Whitgift Sports Club. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than with explicit written permission from us.

WSC has made all reasonable effort to ensure this site is free from viruses but cannot guarantee this. WSC takes no responsibility or liability should such situations arise.

Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Whitgift Sports Club takes no responsibility for and will not be liable for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of or in connection with the use of this website.

Pricing, Purchase & Ticketing

  1. All transactions on the WSC website will be in pounds sterling (GBP) only.
  2. WSC make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on the website is correct. However, if an error in pricing is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable).
  3. WSC reserves the right to alter all ticket pricing without notice.
  4. When you have selected the tickets you wish to order, click on the “Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process.
  5. Once you have clicked on the “Checkout” button, you have made a binding offer for the sale of tickets. Your offer at this stage is still subject to our acceptance. In order that we may accept your offer, we obtain an authorisation from your Credit card company for the amount detailed on the order summary page. If your credit card should not give an authorisation, your order will not be processed further.
  6. Upon receipt of authorisation your offer is deemed to have been accepted and a contract exists between the purchaser and WSC. An email will be sent to you confirming your order has been received and evidence of the aforementioned contract.
  7. All tickets will be delivered by email to the address you provided when at checkout. You will need to bring a printed or electronic copy of your ticket with you to the event to gain entry. If you purchased a reduced rate ticket as a member, please ensure you bring evidence (such as your membership card) to the event.
  8. In general separate tickets will not be issued and the confirmation email will represent a substitute. Please therefore check the confirmation email carefully to ensure you have received what you expected.
  9. WSC reserves the right to cancel your booking if we suspect it has been made fraudulently

Refunds

These will be given at the discretion of WSC but in general the following applies:

  1. In the event an event is cancelled by WSC then all monies will be refunded in full
  2. In all other circumstances refunds will be available:
    1. 7 or more days before the event is scheduled to take place – In full
    2. From 2 up to 6 days before the event is scheduled to take place – 50%
    3. less than 2 days before the event – Nil

      3. Events outside our control

      WSC shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms & Conditions if the delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

      Jurisdiction

      These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
